Wunderblock comes up with a new single on FormResonance, including a re-mix of Chris Manura. After many gigs in Moskow they were special guests at the FormResonance Label Night at Ritter Butzke in Berlin.ESOD, title of this EP, reveals a kabbalistic discipline in the jewish tradition: it is the sephirah in the tree of life to translate spirituality, in order to unite man to God. Based on this path of unity, the three guys are starting its inspiration for their release: Wunderblock do create a constellation with a synergy of discrete synthetic sounds and classic jazz sonorities. getting as result four tracks of pure pleasure. Michael Teploff ,Igor Ivanov and Vladimir Kochenov are the artists behind this project. A special mention deserves Chris Manura’s remix, giving his own vision with dark atmosphere and wide ambients wrapped together in a groove just perfect for the dance-floor. ESOD EP Release date: 01.10.2013 Wunderblock – Bonbon (Dachadub) Wunderblock – Easy Time Wunderblock – ESOD (Purimix) Wunderblock – ESOD (Chris Manura Dark Energy Remix) Wunderblock – Sheezzy (Squezzy Mix)

After the first successful Hatikvahrelease on FormResonance, which was used on high profile compilations like Seth Troxler`s NRK „LAB“, or „Live at Robert Johnsson“ by Dj Dixon, we are going spread the viby oh Hatikvah with a beautiful piece: A Brilliant Handsome Boy is a rework of its pearl, released on Morris Audio Citisport, a couple of years ago. This track has developed due to their worldwide concerts to such a significant track that the duo Florian Schirmacher and Helmut Ebritsch decided to show their transformation for the current dancefloors. When the two artists are coming together as Hatikvah, the result is a pulsing harmony with a tempting groove easy to get lost with. It comes along with a stunning remix by their moscow friends BvoiceAnrilovDanilov, to give a dub interpretation of this song.
A1 Darkness A2 Session B1 Vague B2 Kind of Girl Krink, the shooting star of Audiolith records comes up on FormResonance with 4 Night Club tracks of smart understatement. His songs does floating so easily- wide space and a perfectly fitted house groove, a modern Classic for FormResonance. Without saying anything his sounds does come from behind, fading away and still left space. This is Clubmusic on a high aesthetic standard. Just a bit darker…. “Darkness” is heading this EP: Outstanding – including this relaxed and subtle feeling, we will push it on top! “Session” shifts more into Theo Parrish House Style, with a concrete texture. More based on a riddim, in a repititive session. It may be allowed to announce “Vague” as a love song, whilst it is devoting to some memorable club moments. An invotation to take part of this feeling. “Kind of Girl” is the perfect floor filler: sweetened up vocals all decent and not too… But…! A special hurrah goes to our brilliant mastering engineer Michael Hank, who finished our masters as usual with so much love!

They tell songs from abroad, as a story, as a concert and each song contributes its unique character to their debut album! “Unprepared” pops up with a ruff approach and high energy, so this song heads reasonable the album as an exclamation mark! “Instant Diver” lifts up with the upward stroke of hopeful film scenes. Its nature, quite “british” sounding drums guide through the album. This band has a sound: direct, tempting and spreading joy in each of their pieces. The magnetic voice of Christos Zarampoukas evokes a close relationship. His pleasant approach melts into intensity and invites each listener to come closer. Its pureness stands ahead in each piece. Coming back to the well-arranged songs: the funny “Doped call” is as important for them as the soft “In your garden” or “Horses with golden Hair”. “Bilirubin” will go [...]

Back into the club, Brendon Moeller spends his interpretation by focussing on his beloved dub techniques including an acid feeling on his stunning bassline. The vocals are perfectly balanced with his subtle shuffles and grooves – you definitely get one of his prerogatives here. Brendons second mix, his “beat pharmacy flaming dub” catches on: more focussed and more clean he let the essence of the original come through. The two (!) remixes of their old friends GusGus (Wareika toured with them on their last Europe tour) are the proof of how their music could inspire artists: dreaming, ethereal atmospheres or even dryer drum sounds… GusGus adds [...]
